Association for Post-natal Illness are available by phone between 10.00am and 2.00pm (Mondays to Fridays) on 0207 386 0868, or use their webchat online.
Run by Liz Wise, a Postnatal Depression Counsellor with 25 years of experience, The Cedar House Group holds free support groups for mothers experiencing symptoms of postnatal depression and anxiety.
